Caffè Sole entered the specialty coffee market in 1995 after recognizing that the area of south Boulder known as Table Mesa was lacking a local coffee-oriented gathering place. Since then, Caffè Sole has established itself as a purveyor of the finest quality of specialty coffee beverages, baked goods, and related retail items with its focus on commitment to top quality and service. These products are offered in a warm, inviting, and alcohol-free environment, creating a relaxing atmosphere that has helped Caffè Sole to become a popular social destination. The company is locally owned and takes pride in participating in and building community.

In August of 2003 Caffè Sole joined forces with Boulder Coffee Company to create Sole Roasters in order to meet the needs of our customers and control the quality of our coffee and teas.
